As TemplatesFlow offers non-payable products, we do not issue refunds when the order is completed and the product is delivered. You should bear it in mind while purchasing any of our templates or logotypes. Please, make sure that you have carefully read Sources available section. We can't predict all situations, that's why we make exceptions in some cases for instance if the delivered product is not as described. For more details read our Refund Policy. The deadline for any refund demand is one week after the download date.
