TemplatesFlow provides templates created by only our in-door designers. We strictly forbid our designers to use materials that are property of some third party in their designs. Such usage infringes third party intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trademark, trade dress, right of publicity etc.) and is the subject to file a lawsuit. If any of our designers has infringed someone's intellectual property rights in his designs, TemplatesFlow is ready to take the responsibility for such actions. If you noticed that your rights are infringed in one of our templates, please, contact us. After we receive your complaint, we will remove that template from the sale. In case of further violations made by the same designer, we will terminate our agreement with him.

If you noticed that some of our designers infringed your intellectual property rights in his works, you should send to our Copyright officer a notification with the following information:
- Physical or electronic signature of a person acting on behalf of the intellectual property owner whose rights have been infringed
- The URL or serial number of the template in which your rights were infringed. If you write just TemplatesFlow.com, it is not enough to identify what you are objecting to. Please, send us more specific and detailed information
- Your name, address, phone number and e-mail address
- A confirmation that you are quite confident that use of the material in designs of our templates is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
