1. What are the advantages of purchasing a web site template?
The major advantage is price: You get a high quality design for just $20-$70. You don't need to hire a web designer or web design studio.
The second advantage is time: It usually takes 5-15 days for designer to produce a web page of such quality.
2. Do you provide any scripts with your templates or could you do some custom programming?

After you complete the payment via our secure form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with link(s) to download .ZIP(s). The .ZIP file(s) contain the following: PSD file(s), HTML file(s), fonts. Also if you ordered a flash header or full flash template .ZIP will contain .FLA & .SWF files.
You will need unzipping software to open the .ZIP archive. Windows can open .ZIP files by default or Windows users may visit

Web site templates are available in Photoshop and HTML formats. Fonts are included. In all templates, HTML is compatible with Adobe® GoLive®, Macromedia Dreamweaver® and Microsoft® FrontPage®. Flash header and Full flash website templates also available in Macromedia Flash® format.
NOTE: We don’t provide Macromedia Dreamweaver® .DWT files, Adobe® GoLive® .SITE files & Microsoft® FrontPage® extensions.
5.What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?
You can:
- Build a web site using the template in any way you like.
You can’t:
- Resell or redistribute templates (as we do).
- Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content providing companies and individuals.
- Make more than one project using the same template (you need to purchase the same template one more time in order to make another project with the same design).
6.What is the difference between Unique and Non-unique purchase?
Non-unique purchase:
- Non-unique purchase means that other people can buy the template you have chosen some time later.
Unique purchase:
- Unique purchase guarantees that you are the last person who purchased this template. After an exclusive purchase occurs, the template is immediately removed from the sales directory and will never be available to other customers again. Only you and people who bought the template before you will own it.
7.Is it reasonable to make unique purchase of template that has already been purchased before?
Yes. Because there is very small chance that you will find the same design on the net. There are more than 8,000,000,000 web pages online now according to statistics on www.google.com. Moreover, almost all people, who buy templates, change their designs.
8.If I buy a template at the unique price does this allow me to resell that template unlimited times?
No. Please read our
Terms of Use to learn more about usage rights.
9.I would like to purchase a template, but it is not available on the site anymore.
The template has been sold out at the unique price. Look for similar templates in our collection or use our
request form where you can leave all your requirements and demands about the template you want. We’ll create new template in accordance with these requests.
10. Is the license a one-time fee payment?
Yes, the payment for your template is a one-time fee without any additional charges.
11. Is it possible to buy images or other clipart separate from the template?
No. According to our
Terms of Use , we never sell the images or clipart separately from templates (as well as the templates separately from the images and clipart).
12. Do you have any return policy?
As TemplatesFlow offers non-payable products, we do not issue refunds when the order is completed and the product is delivered. You should bear it in mind while purchasing any of our templates or logotypes. Please, make sure that you have carefully read Sources available section. We can’t predict all situations, that’s why we make exceptions in some cases – for instance if the delivered product is not as described. For more details read our Refund Policy. The deadline for any refund demand is one week after the download date.
13.Is it possible to reactivate my download link if it was deactivated after 3 days?

Sorry, we don’t provide membership based services. We deliberately limit the circulation of our templates in order to maintain their uniqueness on the Internet.

Yes, of course. Web designer can use our templates base to provide their clients with ready designs of high quality. It will save their time and money. However, it should be remembered that on the base of one template you can create only one site (no matter at what price did you get it - usual or unique).

21. What software do you recommend for making HTML?
Our opinion is that Macromedia® Dreamweaver® is the best choice.
22. How can I modify flash part of the template?
You need to use Macromedia Flash® to edit animated part of the template. Please visit the Adobe web site for more information.
23. When I try to open the flash .FLA file, I get an error: Unexpected file format.
This means that .FLA file is incompatible with your Flash version. Please install Flash MX2004 or Flash 8 (Check the software requirements to the template) to edit this file.
24. Can I edit flash template in Swish?
No. Our flash templates can be edited in Macromedia Flash® only.
25. Can I change the pictures on the flash animated website and put my own pictures instead?
Yes, you can.
26. Are your templates compatible with any CMS?
We do not guarantee compatibility with any CMS.
