We provide you with a ready-made template or logotype and guarantee that this is unique design and no rights of thirty party are infringed. We are responsible to deliver your purchase after you had paid for it. In case if we don't carry out our duties, you have right to demand compensation for our infringements.

We are to keep secret your personal data to protect you from spamming and other problems.

Before purchasing you should make registration to let us know at least your name and e-mail address. This information will be safe. Atter you transferred money equal to the cost of template or logotype, we'll send you a link for download on your e-mail address (The installation of the template is paid service and it's not included in the cost of our product)

Restriction of usage:
- You may use one bought template for creating only one site. For creating another site, you should buy another template. If you want to create new site with the same design, you should purchase this template again.
- All clip arts, images, photos and fonts are royalty-free and are integral and inseparable parts of our products. You may use it only for creation your site. You aren't allow to use it with other purposes – use for creation another site, resell etc.
- You have right to make any changes and modification in the product you purchased.
- You have no right to store or transfer any of our products on CD, diskette, flash drive or some other external store of the data in order to distribute or resell it without our sanctions.
- You have no right to transfer or assign this license on someone else without noticing us and getting our sanctions.
- You have no right to claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of independent content providers. Our products aren't provided with any kind of warranty, either expressed or implied. In any case our juridical persons won't be liable for any damage including direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising of the usage or inability to use our products.
- You may not disclosure any information of the order process, except of Order ID, download link, etc.
- You are not allowed to copy, distribute and resell our content, graphics, design, compilations and all other matters related to our site. All copyrights are preserved.
- Our products are non-material and irrevocable. According to our Refund Policy, refunds of the products are available only in some cases – when because of mail service problems you haven't received the ordered product; when the received product don't correspond that one you've ordered and some other cases.
- Before you make purchase, we should check your solvency in case of different frauds. It can take us 20 minutes or 20 hours either. It's very important, because nowadays there are lots of swindlers who steel credit cards and try to identificate themselves as its owners.
